Refund policy

 

Returns 
Our policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours has gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please watch YouTube reviews if you're unsure of a product or reach out to us on any of the given numbers (+91 9920442245 or +91 9619114843BEFORE placing an order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

NOTE: If you receive the package in a damaged condition(outer box damaged/crushed), DO NOT ACCEPT IT. Return the package mentioning damaged condition on the proof of delivery.(VERY IMPORTANT)
If you accept it, we will not be held liable.for any returns/refunds.
If the package is lost in transit or stolen or any untoward incident occours due to the courier partners/Delivery partners irresponsibility, NERD ARENA will not be held liable.

Any product received with the box tampered and/or the product broken, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Any product damaged due to mishandling by the customer is not liable for Refund/Return/Replacement.

Any minor dents/tears to the product packaging which does not affect the product will not be entertained for any Refund/Return/Replacement/Store Credit.

Manufacturing defects, issues right out of the box are not covered by us for any kind of return, replacement or refund.

T-Shirts
Please ensure you check the size chart before placing orders for T-Shirts.
Sizing will vary for different brands.
Any exchange for T-shirts based on sizing should be notified under 48 hours of buying the said T-Shirt or under 48 hours of delivery recieved.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
Book with obvious signs of use 
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Order cancellation.
Order cancellation requests will be accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation requests must be communicated directly on WhatsApp on +91 9920442245 or +91 9619114843 numbers within the allowed timeline.
A processing charge of 4% of the order value will be deducted on cancellation requests placed outside the allowed timeline.
In case the cancellation request is made after the order has been dispatched, the forward and return shipping charges will also be deducted from the order amount.

Order changes/replacements.
Any changes requested by the customer to change the order or replace with another product must be done within 24 hours of placing the order.
The same must be communicated directly on WhatsApp on +91 9920442245 or +91 9619114843 numbers within the allowed timeline.
The product change/replacement must be of the same value.
In case the value is different from the original order placed, the original order will be cancelled and a refund will be initiated.
The customer is required to place a new order.

Mistaken Order.
Any customer who has placed an order mistakenly should communicate the same within 24 hours post which a cancellation fee of 10% will be applicable.
In case of orders placed by someone in your home with your Card/UPI/Net Banking/Other payment details, without your knowledge, where the product has been shipped and you refuse to accept it, charges for the forward and reverse shipment plus a cancellation fee of 10% of the product value will be deducted while refunding your money.
The refund will only be processed once the product is received back to us in a proper condition. Extra charges will be deducted while refunding if the product is received back in damaged or partially damaged condition.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@nerdarena.in.

Insurance
Orders with value above Rs.10,000 will be insured. Once the customer receives the product, the customer should take a video of unboxing the package and the product(s). In case of breakage, the same should be shared with us to provide to the respective courier partner. However the decision to reimburse the full amount or partial amount of the order lies with the Courier partner and is final and binding and we have no say in it. Dents/bumps/sqeezed/creased product boxes are not covered in the insurance.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be  exchanged, replaced or refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@nerdarena.in and send your item to: Shop No N12A, Elco Arcade- Hill Rd, Behind Elco Pani Puri- Hill Rd Bandra (W) Mumbai Maharashtra IN 400050.

Pre-Order 
Orders in the Pre-Order section charge a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for pre-booking the product. 
The amount charged is not the FINAL cost of the product AND IS ONLY THE PRE-ORDER DEPOSIT. 
All Pre-Orders are considered FINAL once 24 hours have passed post placing the order. 
NO REFUNDS SHALL BE ENTERTAINED POST THE 24 HOURS HAVE PASSED OF BOOKING THE PRODUCT. 
In case of REFUND requested within 24 hours of BOOKING the product, the amount shall be transferred to your Bank account via NEFT post deducting applicable Bank Charges.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shop No N12A, Elco Arcade- Hill Rd, Behind Elco Pani Puri- Hill Rd Bandra (W) Mumbai Maharashtra IN 400050

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs.999/-, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

NOTE: ANY UNTOWARD BEHAVIOUR INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO; ABUSIVE/FOUL LANGUAGE AND/OR THREATS, TO ANY OF OUR TEAM MEMBER'S WILL NOT BE TAKEN LIGHTLY.
IN SUCH CASES A POLICE COMPLAINT WILL BE FILED AGAINST THE PERSON DOING SO. 
ONCE THE PRODUCT IS RETURNED, IF RETURNED, IT WILL BE THE TEAMS DECISION WHETHER TO REFUND THE PRODUCT AMOUNT OR NOT. THIS DECISION WILL BE ABSOLUTE AND BINDING.


NERD ARENA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADD, MODIFY, DELETE ANY OF THE ABOVE POLICY'S WITHOUT PRIOR INTIMATION.
