Shipping policy


Free shipping for orders over Rs.1049/-.
Free Shipping is only through our courier services.
Standard order processing time is 72 hours.
Standard delivery time is 5-7 working days.(Can fluctuate depending on the courier partners delivery load.)
We ship all over the country.
NOTE: For Local deliveries that require same day delivery, you can book a WeFast from your end, which will be payable by you OR we can book it for you(Extra charges apply, payable to WeFast.)


1) No order pick-ups/shipping on Sunday or Thursday

2) You will receive a tracking ID ONLY once your order is shipped.

3) If you receive the package in a damaged condition(outer box damaged/crushed/dented), DO NOT ACCEPT IT. Return the package mentioning damaged condition on the proof of delivery.(VERY IMPORTANT)
If you accept it, we will not be held liable.for any returns/refunds.

4.) If you refuse to accept the order(Paid OR COD) OR if you are unavailable on the attempts made, you will be charged the forward and reverse shipping charges and a 5% charge of the order value.

NERD ARENA uses Delhivery, XpressBees, Bluedart &  DTDC as the shipping partners. 
NERD ARENA uses XpressBees and DTDC as the primary shipping partner. 
NERD ARENA uses 2 shipping methods: Express(via air) and Surface(via road) 
NERD ARENA shall use whichever delivery partner available at the time of booking. 
NERD ARENA will use whichever shipping method is the more feasible shipping method, Express or Surface. 
COD(Cash on Delivery) shipments are chargeable to cover the cost charged by the shipping partner.

NERD ARENA takes no responsibility for the following: 
A.) Shipping problems arising out of incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer. 
B.) Shipment returned due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer.
C) Office address provided and customer unavailable or Office closed on day of delivery.
D.) In such cases, customer is responsible to pay for shipment.
E.) In case of product return due to customer unavailability leading to Non Delivery, be it at home or office address, whichever is provided; the customer is liable to pay Shipping charges to re-ship it.
F.)  Transit Damage that causes any kind of damage to the product packaging.
G.) In case of damge only to the product a replacement or refund can be offered.
H.) No discounts/replacements/refunds will be entertained for any kind of damage to the outer box/packaging.
I.) In case of unavailibility at shipping address, the shipment will be reattempted 2 more times. In case the customer is still unavailable and the package is not delivered, the customer is liable to pay for re-shipping the product.
J.) In case of shipment refused/returned, the customer will be charged the return shipment charges upon request to send it again.
K.) If the customer refuses to pay the shipment charges, the same amount will be deducted from the reward points.
L.) If the package is lost in transit or stolen or any untoward incident occours due to the courier partners/Delivery partners irresponsibility, NERD ARENA will not be held liable.

Any damage to the outer packaging of the shipment, must be mentioned on POD(Proof of Delivery) document when accepting the shipment or the shipment should be refused.
If not done so, we will be unable to take it up with the logistics partner and any damage to the product packaging or the product will not be our responsibility.

An automated E-mail, SMS and WhatsApp message is sent to the customer at the time of booking the shipment which contains the Tracking number.
If the number provided is on WhatsApp, you will receive the order/tracking details on it from our logistics partner "Shiprocket". This is NOT a customer support ID.
If/when not available, a tracking number shall be provided via Whatsapp( from number+91 9619114843 OR +91 9920442245) upon request. 
If the customer hasn't received the E-mail and/or SMS, please mail us at or contact us on our Facebook/Instagram page for the same.

In case of faulty products(Manufacturing defects), NERD ARENA is not liable to pay for return shipping. The return shipping shall be paid for by the customer. The customer must use a shipper that provides a tracking number for any return shipments.
