The new status quo fractures the Avengers, resulting in two camps—one led by Steve Rogers and his desire for the Avengers to remain free to defend humanity without government interference, and the other following Tony Stark's surprising decision to support government oversight and accountability. Captain America as seen from the movie Captain America: Civil War. Sculpted and painted in detail from his shield, mask, folds in his clothes, down to the rubbled ground, Captain America raises his fist as he guards himself with his shield, ready to stop his friend. Bases for both Iron Man and Captain America can be combined together to form a battle scene.
