Overview
Rama in exile
This is Rama during his years in the forest, dressed in a saffron dhoti and sash with a bead mala across his chest and his hair tied up in a topknot. The blue skin tone and painted tilak follow the classic depiction collectors grew up with.
A nod to Ram Setu
A small squirrel accessory is included, a reference to the squirrel that helped build the bridge to Lanka. It is the kind of detail that rewards anyone who knows the story.
Posing and display
Over 30 points of articulation and 10 swappable hands handle archery poses well, from drawing the bow to nocking an arrow. Pair him with the exile version of Lakshmana for the brothers in the forest.
