In Batman Begins, the Tumbler was a military bridging vehicle sitting unused in Wayne Enterprises' Applied Sciences division. Bruce painted it black and it became the Batmobile for all three of Nolan's films. Angular armor plating, oversized rear tires and a jet engine at the back made it look like nothing Gotham had seen.

A cockpit you can actually open

Lift the canopy by hand to see the interior. The steering wheel lifts and turns a full 360 degrees, and the gear lever moves forward and back.

Switch it on for the front lights and engine sound. Add water and the tail puts out a mist effect for the afterburner look. It runs on 3 x AAA batteries.

Built to roll

The rear wheels have working suspension, and the oversized tires roll freely, so it sits and moves the way the movie car does.
